I helped my friend shoot a music video recently for a band called More Than You’ll Ever Know. It was a lot of fun and this was the outcome. Check it out and feel free to re-blog to help get the word out there.
Set up complete and ready for the four confirmed bookings for tonight. Shit is going to get wild. (Taken with Instagram)
I’m I’m Vienna, Austria. It was cold today and it actually snowed which, was lovely. I took a walk earlier to get away from the venue and also to get a little exercise. I think I’m holding up my diet out here okay. Anyway, I met a nice family from Hungary who had travelled for the show. They were really excited an that made me happy. I enjoyed my walk.
Not selling merch on a tour is boring. All I have to do is film a little, take some pictures and hand out some promo packs. I feel like I’m not doing anything and it sucks. I got told I was in the way by Asking Alexandria’s merch guy today. Apparently taking up a corner of a table is too much and if I was going to stand behind merch “all night” he’d set me up a table elsewhere. Firstly, is he joking? I was taking up the absolute minimum space required. Secondly, I was there for between 5-10 minutes after the opening bands and then maybe 20-25 minutes after AA finished, you know, to do my job that a company sponsoring the entire tour is paying me to do. Fucking Americans, amirite?!
Besides that and besides being a little isolated, the tour, all of two days, has been good.
Tomorrow, day 3, is Milan. I like Italy, I think.

So, here I am. Day 1. It’s only a short run in Europe but it’s a new experience being on a tour bus out here. Last time I was touring in Europe was with Sleeping With Sirens in a van.
It’s cold. -7c currently. I’m sat in the front lounge of the bus, on my own, waiting for something to do. I’ve met 2/5 of the asking Alexandria’s so far.
I’ll report back later with any goings on.

Tomorrow I fly out to Munich to join up with the Asking Alexandria tour. I’m going to be doing some promotional work for Impericon.
I have to blog and take pictures/videos for them but I’ll try and post some of my own on here.
I’m not going to lie, saying I’m excited would be a massive exaggeration. I’m hoping for the best but expecting the worst. However, I am looking forward to testing out my new snow boots and to put my North Face jacket to the test. I don’t think it’s going to be above zero the whole time I’m out in Europe.

The reason my blog is entitled that is because, awhile back, I used to be in a band. Now, in that band there was obviously a singer. That singer didn’t always sing. I couldn’t really do anything about that, besides tell him repeatedly, so I decided to start this blog to vent my anger.
I don’t think I’ve ever explained that before just in case he happened to check my blog. Now, I couldn’t care less.
I can’t wait to get my new band up and running. The demos that have been put together musically, thus far, have been fantastic. I can already tell the level of musicianship has been raised tenfold and, with the addition of a singer that can actually sing, I’m very excited to be able to show my friends, family, fans what I have been sitting on. Music should be driven by passion and hopefully these songs will show just that.
